Premium offers large storage space, faster transfer speeds, automatic backup, and priority support.

You can purchase Premium via the app or website using your preferred payment method.

If your membership is not activated, please check your payment status and contact support.

After expiration, Premium features will be disabled. Your files remain safe in storage.

You can cancel Premium via the account settings in the app or website.

You can upload files via the web or app interface. Files are stored securely in your TeliHand cloud storage.

Click “New Folder” in your storage dashboard, enter a name, and save to create a folder.

Check the Recycle Bin for deleted files. Contact support if files cannot be recovered.

Please check:
  • Network connection
  • File existence
  • Permissions / authorized albums
  • Sufficient storage space
  • Cloud files not deleted

Large files or network instability may slow down transfers. Use a stable connection.

The maximum file size is determined by your Premium plan. Upgrade for higher limits.

Navigate to the shared file and select “Stop Sharing” to cancel sharing.

Enable or disable backup in the settings menu. Choose which folders or media types to backup automatically.

Backed-up photos/videos are stored in your Premium cloud account and accessible via the app or website.
